Community Mental Health Department

Fei Yue Community Services has been providing community mental health services since April 2017 to support individuals at risk of developing mental health conditions or being diagnosed with mental illness. We run a suite of community-based mental health programmes (CREST and COMIT) to provide community support, intervention, and a holistic range of activities to ensure continuity of care and improve the quality of life for individuals with mental health needs and their caregivers.

Strengthening Families Programme (FAM)

Fei Yue is a Divorce Support Specialist Centre appointed by MSF. The impact of a broken marriage is painful and can be devastating for each family member and their relationships with each other. Adults and children alike, may be physically, psychologically, emotionally, socially and spiritually wounded.

We help individuals, couples and families, discover and understand the issues and concerns they are experiencing, and explore ways to resolve their practical, social and emotional difficulties. We empower individuals, couples and families to take steps to improve family relationships and transform their lives. We encourage families to come forward early to discuss their challenges so that family relationship issues do not fester and deteriorate.

Family Service Centres

Family Service Centres are based in community heartlands to provide help and support for individuals and families in times of need. We have professional social work practitioners who seek to work closely with individuals and families to help them better cope with their personal, social and emotional challenges.

Marriage Programmes

Fei Yue has been appointed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to provide marriage preparation and enrichment programmes, as well as marriage support programmes for young couples.

Parenting Support Services

Fei Yue has been appointed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to partner with schools to deliver parenting programmes such as Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P). The parenting support services are targeted at parents of children in primary and secondary schools located in Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang.

Hidden Youth & Adult Outreach Services (New programme)

Hidden Youth Outreach Services (HYOS) is an outreach service that supports youth aged 12 – 25* years old that have been socially withdrawn for a period of at least 6 months to be reintegrated back into society through school, vocational training and employment.

*For individuals over 21, we will accept those whose social withdrawal behaviours began before the age of 21.
