Parenting Support Services

Our Parenting Support Services seeks to equip parents with knowledge, skills, and confidence to nurture positive family relationships through free and evidence-based programmes, namely:

1) Triple P Positive Parenting Programme – The programme aims to equip parents of children aged up to 16 years old with the 5 core principles of positive parenting and strategies delivered in 3 types of formats:

• • Seminars or Webinars – 3 seminar sessions x 1.5hrs
  • Group Sessions – 5 group sessions x 2hrs, 3 phone consultations x 1hr
  • One-to-One consultations – 4 sessions x 1hr

2) Purposeful Play programme – The programme seeks to help parents of children aged 4-6 years old to develop their child through play and common home activities.

The Playgroup introduces you to 10 evidence-based strategies that equip you with the knowledge and skills to:

• • Think about creating a warm and stimulating home environment for your child.
  • Use everyday activities to develop language and problem-solving skills to enhance your child’s school.
  • Readiness, as well as bonding and strengthening your relationship with your child.

What can I expect?

• • 5 x 1.5-hour, in-person sessions with your child
  • Conducted over 5 consecutive weeks
  • Gain confidence in your skills to support your child’s development!
  • Build supportive relationships with other parents!
