We attend to enquiries and areas of concern by providing families with information to widen their options for help
We link families to more appropriate help agencies and resources in the community (in the event that your concerns go beyond the FSC’s area of expertise)

We seek to discover, assess and understand the issues, problems and concerns a client or family is experiencing
Together with you, we explore how we can address these concerns effectively
We work with relevant community partners such as Social Service Office or schools whenever needed

We organise group programmes – which are workshops for people facing similar situations, facilitated by professionals
In small groups, you can find support from others and learn to cope more effectively with your situation through the sharing of experiences

We work with organisations and resources in the community to improve the well-being and life situations for you and your family
We bring the community together to contribute to one another and to strengthen social support
