Ms. Esther Yek, Senior Programme Officer of Fei Yue Neighbourhood Link (Bukit Batok) is one of the Outstanding Winner of the South West ComCare Award – Social Service Award 2012. This award recognises outstanding individuals for their significant contributions in reaching out and uplifting the lives of needy residents in the South West District.
