Established in 2003, Project 180 @ Simei is a youth centre under Fei Yue Community Services, proudly supported by the South East Community Development Council and the National Youth Council (NYC).

The name “Project 180” embodies our core mission: life transformation. We are committed to guiding youths and their families toward a positive, 180-degree turnaround in their lives. To achieve this, our dedicated team of trained Social Workers, Counsellors and Youth Workers delivers professional, targeted support through a diverse range of impactful programmes and activities.

Our Services

ec2.sg Youth Services (CREST Youth Fei Yue @ Tampines and ReConnect)

ec2.sg is Fei Yue’s wellbeing service that supports individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges. We provide early support, counselling, therapy, and practical help through a mix of online and in‑person sessions. Youth Development Programmes

Fei Yue’s interest-based programmes support youths aged 14 to 21 who are currently NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training), helping them find new pathways and growth opportunities.

Animal-Care Programme

Through hands-on animal interactions and mentorship from industry professionals and social workers, youths gain practical animal care skills while developing a stronger understanding of their own socio-emotional wellbeing. This programme offers a unique window into the Animal-Care industry for those looking to explore new career paths.

Youth REKA Baking Programme

Through the REKA (Recruit-Explore-Knead-Accomplish) Baking Programme, we connect with youths by kneading interest, moulding character, and shaping potential. By mastering the art of baking healthy treats for the elderly, youths foster meaningful intergenerational relationships while gaining vocational skills for future opportunities in bakeries and cafes.

HOOKED! Fishing Programme

Connecting with nature through boat and freshwater fishing encourages youths to appreciate biodiversity and the environment. By practicing mindful fishing, participants learn to manage stress more effectively while adopting responsible fishing practices and marine conservation ethics. The programme also introduces youths to industry partners, opening doors to unique vocational opportunities in the fishing and boating sectors.

Digital Media Programme

This programme equips youths with creative skills in videography, photography and visual storytelling. Through hands-on projects, participants grow in confidence as they uncover their unique strengths and artistic voices.
