KidSTART Singapore Ltd (KidSTART SG) is a non-profit organisation specialising in supporting families in early childhood development.
As a KidSTART Agency, our programme hopes to give children a good start in life. It helps young families learn how to take care of their children and make sure they grow up healthy and happy.
KidSTART Activities for Families and Children
KidSTART for Pregnant Mothers
*Only for babies to be born in KKH & NUH.
Regular checks on pregnant mothers’ well-being.
Guide mothers to care for their newborn.
Support mother’s mental and physical wellness.
Help families to prepare for the arrival of the baby and provide essential baby items if needed.
KidSTART for Young Parents (0-6 years old)
Fei Yue helps to link parents to social service agencies for financial and social resources if needed.

Who is eligible to join the KidSTART programme?
- If you are pregnant and/or have children below the age of 6 years old.
- Your child is a Singapore citizen.
- Your family’s gross monthly household income is below $2,500, or per capita income of $650 and below.
What are the perks of joining the KidSTART programme?
- Eligible Families will get to join for free
- Regular Sharing of Early Childhood tips and resources for parents
- Welcome pack (including books and toys) upon successfully joining the programme
- Fresh food produces, tickets to family attractions and other goodies for Families*

What are the goals of the KidSTART programme?
As parents are a child’s first teachers and play a key role in setting them up for a good start in life, KidSTART partners parents to empower them to be confident caregivers and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to:
- Build warm nurturing relationships with their children
- Support the age-appropriate development of their children
- Care for the health and social wellbeing of their children in their early years
Who is the Family Service Centre for?
FSCs are open to families and individuals:
- Regardless of age, race, language or religion;
- At different life stages (such as couples, families with young children, adolescents, or elderly members);
- and Of various family structures
