“Hidden Youths” are youths aged 12 to 30 years old who have secluded themselves within their homes for a minimum of six months, abstaining from interacting with the external environment, such as attending school or work, and restricting interactions solely to immediate family members.
The “Empowering Youth, Enabling Futures” fundraising campaign hopes to raise funds for Fei Yue’s Youth Department to support vulnerable youths in overcoming these challenges, fostering resilience, and equipping them with the skills and confidence to reconnect with society.
To ensure that these youths receive the guidance and care they need, the funds will be allocated towards the following:

Family Support Programmes
Mentorship Initiatives
Skill-building Workshops
Financial Assistance
(Mental Health Support)
Through our programmes, we hope to empower these youths to build positive self-identities, develop aspirations for their future, and take the necessary steps toward achieving them. By improving their social skills and confidence, we aim to support their reintegration into education or employment, enabling them to lead more stable and fulfilling lives.
This fundraising campaign, “Empowering Youth, Enabling Futures” reaffirms our commitment to supporting and journeying with at-risk youths, especially those from low-income backgrounds.
