We may also offer group activities on selected Saturdays from 10.00am to 1.00pm, subject to scheduling and availability.

CREST Youth Fei Yue @ Tampines

CREST Youth Fei Yue @ Tampines is a community mental health programme for youths (aged 12-25) that aims to promote early identification of mental health concerns while supporting mental wellbeing. We aim to increase mental health awareness through talks, booths, workshops, group activities, and support groups.

We provide the following services:

Free and confidential mental health screenings,
Psychosocial interventions,
Caregiver engagement and support, and
Referral and service linkages.

ReConnect

ReConnect is an online counselling service that supports youths (aged 12-25) who are facing challenges relating to their interpersonal relationships (e.g. relationship with their parents, friends, partners) and their sense of self.

We can support you if you are facing concerns in:

Building friendships,
Low self-esteem,
Constantly seeking approval from others,
Getting along with your friends and family members, and
Worrying excessively about how others perceive you.

QuickChat

QuickChat is our online text-based service for youths to speak to someone for emotional support.

This service operates every Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays) from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.
