Responsibilities:
- Market and coordinate Family Life Education (FLE) programmes including liaison with trainers, organisations, billing etc;
- Host and organize online and onsite FLE programmes including ensuring set up of training room, equipment, materials etc;
- Coordinate training requirements;
- Manage volunteers; and
- Provide office administrative support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder, preferably with experience in administration/ social service/ sales work
- Meticulous, systematic and organised
- Excellent Excel skills and comfortable with multi-tasking
- Service oriented, a team player and adaptable to changes
- Willing to work on Saturdays once a month
- This position is on contract basis
