Responsibilities:

  • Market and coordinate Family Life Education (FLE) programmes including liaison with trainers, organisations, billing etc;
  • Host and organize online and onsite FLE programmes including ensuring set up of training room, equipment, materials etc;
  • Coordinate training requirements;
  • Manage volunteers; and
  • Provide office administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder, preferably with experience in administration/ social service/ sales work
  • Meticulous, systematic and organised
  • Excellent Excel skills and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Service oriented, a team player and adaptable to changes
  • Willing to work on Saturdays once a month
  • This position is on contract basis
