  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Identify and propose procedures or ways to improve gaps in the organization’s HR process and system
  • Develop and implement relevant insights from HR data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Manage team operations and performance.
  • Any other related duties as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiarize with HR practices and strong knowledge in local employment laws
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Tech Savvy and proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, etc
