Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the smooth running of the front desk duties 
  • Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries) 
  • Receive incoming calls and reply emails 
  • Collation of students’ attendance, withdrawals
  • Handle collection of payments 
  • Data entry of clients’ information to various databases
  • Perform general administrative duties 

Requirements: 

  • A Level / Diploma Holder
  • Good team player with excellent organisational skills 
  • Possess good communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Meticulous and conscientious 
  • Possess basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint 
  • Able to multi-tasking
