Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Research Stakeholders:
    • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration. 
    • Facilitate research collaboration requests and internship opportunities. 
  • Streamline Processes:
    • Review and enhance existing processes for seamless collaboration with research partners. 
    • Identify opportunities to optimize workflow and efficiency. 
  • Protect Personal Data in Research:
    • Review and strengthen personal data protection in research projects. 
    • Lead initiatives to raise awareness of personal data protection principles. 
  • Administrative Support:
    • Oversee the provision and circulation of research resources. 
    • Curate, review, and update resource repositories. 
    • Procure necessary resources for smooth operations. 
    • Assist in the creation of surveys and extraction of data from survey sites. 
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Compile and analyse reporting indicators for strategic initiatives. 
    • Track project deadlines to ensure timely completion. 
  • Secretariat Support:
    • Provide administrative support for meetings, including the Data Governance Committee and department meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of data protection principles would be advantageous
  • Independent in executing work tasks
  • Finds fulfilment in handling routine and administrative tasks
